Tree Swallow

We had a pair of these nesting in one of our bird houses. They were very defensive of their new home and kept other tree swallows from taking over. They tolerated us. It was fun to watch them haul huge goose and duck feather in through the small openning and the long blades of grass also. They eat a lot of mosquitoes so we were happy to have them live here!
