I am way too tall, but you can't change that. I am way too silly - don't feel like changing that. And I get really tired running my 4 kids all over ---how do you change that?

Is he the little one? There's a Sean-like quality about him.
Yes it is the little sailor boy. Sean saw this pictue and was very sure is was 'Seanyboy'(what he calls himself) I had a hard time explaining it to him. Both of those boys are Mr. Penner's but the little one is Clarence. Good guessing - I think the eyes kind of give it away some......
Well now that the answer's on the screen already I'm not sure my vote counts but I was betting on Clarence being the younger and maybe a brother for the older.
You have nailed it - funny how much sean looks Like him though.
